Everything you share stays between us. Full stop.
Every conversation in this practice is shaped by lived experience, hard-won clarity, and a deep, unwavering belief that no one is beyond reach.
Years ago, my life ran on momentum alone. Trauma I had never named, grief I had never touched, and habits that kept the noise just manageable enough to get through the day. From the outside, things held together. Inside, I was disappearing.
My own journey through recovery from complex trauma, grief and loss is what led me to the clinical path to become certified as a recovery coach.
I've experienced firsthand how the right support can transform your relationship with yourself and others. That's why I created Next You Recovery — to provide the kind of compassionate, non-judgmental space that everyone deserves on their healing path.
My approach is informed by trauma research, attachment theory, and somatic awareness. I work alongside your existing therapy to provide complementary coaching that helps you integrate insights and build practical skills to enhance your daily life.

Everything you share stays between us. Full stop.
Coaching is companionship and structure, not diagnosis. We work alongside any treatment you may already have.
There is no schedule for healing. We move at the speed your nervous system can trust.
Every session is built around safety, agency, and consent. You are always in the driver's seat.
A Note
Coaching is non-clinical support. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health care.
The first conversation is free and entirely on your terms.
