All sessions are conducted via telehealth — video or phone — so you can meet from wherever you feel safest, including your home or car. In-person availability is limited and arranged on request.

The first consultation is completely free with no commitment. Ongoing session pricing is discussed during that initial conversation and tailored to your situation.

Do I need to be in active recovery to work with you?

No. Coaching is available at any stage — whether you are considering recovery, currently in it, or navigating life after a difficult chapter. You do not need a diagnosis or existing treatment plan.

Is this a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment?

No. Recovery coaching is non-clinical support — it complements therapy and treatment but does not replace it. If you are working with a therapist or clinician, coaching can run alongside that care.
